Emerging Technology
My assumptions about the Light-Field Photography is that I think it could be very valuable to photographers, and even police officers trying to take pictures from a crime scene. It surprised me that you could refocus the picture, because of all the times I had the perfect angle my picture would be blurry, and I always wished I could change it. I think we have a big possibility in the future because Ng states, "In the future, all cameras will be light-field-based."
In 2009 there was a technology called the Intelligent Software Assistant, that they considered for an emerging technology. Comes to be that now in 2012 that we have this technology. You could find this kind of software on the iPhone 4s, an example on that would be you have this like device on your phone where you can ask it questions and it will give you an answer. I believe that the ideas that they have now for 2012 could come out in three or four years, depending on how we make this technology work.

Theodore Roosevelts Journey
Theodore Roosevelt and a group of men started this journey in 1913 to explore Brazils River of Doubt. He suffered from malaria, had many fevers, and developed a deadly bacteria on his left shoulder. They had to leave there canoes at one point to go in the jungle to save themselves. During their journey they lost dozens of packs of mules, and had left their oxens to starve. They came acrossed their deadly fear of caimans, and razor-toothed piranhas. In the end all but Roosevelt, Kermit and three men survived.

Online Safety
A website that I found on the Internet was about Kacie Rene Woody. She was born on 1989- to December 2nd, 2002. She was abducted from her home in a small town in Arkansas. Earlier that year she met a guy on a Christian chat room whos name was David. He told her that she was 16 and lived in California. The one thing she didnt know that he was a 47 year old man. She didnt tell her any personal information but by the help of the Internet and one button he found everything about her and let his home town in California to Arkansas to stalk, kidnapp, rape, and kill Kacie. He took her from her home, tied her to the floorboard of his van, took him to this storage unit and not only killed Kacie, but he killed himself also.
One thing that I think she could of done to prevent this is dont get on chat rooms period. You may think its fun but very dangerous. Dont talk to people you dont know and dont even give out one personal information out.
My thoughts on this is that its very scary. Knowing that if you tell one little information about this you can use the Internet to search to find you and you can have every little information you need to locate where you are at. I now know how serious this is and to be even more careful on the Internet.

There are three differences with the old policy and the new policy. The first difference is in the old policy you could disagree with the acceptance terms but with the new policy you have to accept them. In the new policy they are going to go through your e-mails for things that you are interested in. In the new policy you might have to have a Google account to use some of there services.
Googles new global reach will potentially touch billions of people worldwide. When people are loogged in they can edit or turn off their search histories. It will also put up advertisements that you like, so you dont have advertisements that wont interest you. URL: http://www.cnn.com/2012/01/27/tech/web/google-privacy-clarified/index.html?iref=allsearch
I think this policy will be nicer because it will make things more simple than they were. There are some down facts with it though because I dont really want them to go through my stuff, finding out personal information that they can have. It will also be kind of creepy because they could know more about you than anyone would.

Copyright Infringment
Koons v. Art Rogers 1992
This was an Art project that Koons had drew a picture of a little boy and an old man holding 8 puppies in their arms. The artist Rogers changed the photograph into a 3 dimensional work without obtaining a license. The court disagreed with Koons, and the court said he found substantial copyrightable elements were borrowed despite the change in medium, Jeff Koons lost this copyright infringement case. \

Internet Safety
I believe Internet Safety is using the Internet in a responsible way and not going on websites that could be harmful.
The three most important things about being safe online are don't talk to strangers, tell a trusted adult if there are any troubles, and don't go on websites that could be harmful.
Yes, I learned a lot from Deputy Krupp's presentation and that’s you can track anything on your computer, even if you delete it.
What I can improve to make sure I’m safe online is not giving personal information out on the Internet even if I know the person because the person could be an imposter.

Feed Reader
The one website I liked the most was the Bloglines for three reasons. In the Bloglines you could browse websites under catagories, so instead of looking them up on google there were right on the website. The second reason I liked Bloglines is that it was easier all you had to push was add to merchantcircle and thats all you had to do. Where on feed demon you had to copy the URL and sometimes it wouldnt work because you couldnt subscribe to it.The last reason why I liked Bloglines better was because it was quicker, right when you add it, it will show up right on your homepage and get notifications about the website.
